I see that he scored twice for Wigan at Norwich last night, one was a header from a corner (a rarity at Pride Park!). We were linked with him until deadline day so I hope its not one that we missed at very sensible money.

Possibly. A bit early to tell.

Although I think you said same about the Leicester striker who hasn't scored this season - forgotten his name. Varney or something or other.

If we could pick up the odd Varney or two I would be beside myself with glee. Even if he isn't scoring this season they could still sell him for 30 times the amount they paid - contrast that with Vydra, Blackman etc who are loss makers.

You have to ask yourself what Leicester are creating before automatically criticising the striker (it was much the same with Martin at Derby).

However, I do agree that Bogle still has a lot to prove, he might not score again this season.

So good we both got his name wrong!! :)

Arsenal had £25m accepted, but they must be thanking their lucky stars.

I would realistically after this season his stock has dropped to around £12m.

Or, put another way - only £4m more than Vydra. Yes, he's got THAT bad. :)

Its too early to write off Vardy, the whole Leicester side has struggled. I think you can double that price, even now.
